Shipping & Production FAQ  

 

Production How long until my order is made and shipped out? Some of our pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order or personalized, resulting in varied processing times. Offering such a large catalog of unique jewelry pieces means that our production times will vary for each item. The best way to find out the expected delivery date of one of our pieces is to check on the individual product page to find its Shipping Estimate*. 

If you’ve already completed a purchase, open your Order Confirmation email and click on the “View your order” button to see the status of each item in your order, along with an estimated delivery date.

We do our best to estimate a delivery window based on production timing and standard shipping. We currently offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes 7-10 business days.

Please note that our estimates are for U.S. based orders. Shipping times for International Orders will vary for each carrier and location.

Multiple Items

 If your order contains multiple items, we will send you each item as it’s ready so you may receive multiple packages at different times. Rest assured, you'll receive an email with tracking information for each package we ship.  

U.S. Shipping Times

Once created, your item(s) are passed on to our shipping partners, who offer the following estimated shipping times based on your chosen method:

Standard Shipping: 710 business days from ship date

Please note that expedited shipping is not available for all orders or regions. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping, you’ll see this option listed under ‘Shipping Method’ at checkout. Expedited shipping only speeds up the delivery after production. It does not shorten the time required to make your order. It ensures a faster shipping time but does not affect the time needed for fulfillment.

International Shipping Times  

International deliveries may take several weeks depending on destination and customs delays. We ship many of our pieces to most countries worldwide. Not all products are available for international shipping. If you want to see if your location is eligible for international shipping, enter your address in checkout. Please note that USPS does take a few weeks for international transit and only tracks until it leaves the US, then it's in the hands of your local post office and customs processing is not trackable.

Lost package?

If your order was marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up, we recommend waiting 24 hours before taking further steps—carriers sometimes scan early. For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery. *SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Estimated shipping time frames are calculated based on average shipping times. The timeline estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.
